Lotus Biscoff, the popular coffee accompanying biscuit brand, has teamed up with Belgian international footballer Eden Hazard in a new viral media campaign.
The campaign will include worldwide activity, starting on March 15 with a ’Perfect Kick’ viral movie showcasing Hazard’s unique footballing skills when challenged to hit a target hidden amongst ten thousand coffee cups.
This will be supported by a social media campaign, on-pack stickers, a dedicated website (www.lotusperfectkick.com), and a competition in which 50 customers will win a chance to meet the Chelsea football star.
The activity will support the global brand positioning of ‘Every Coffee Needs a Lotus’. The two minute ’Perfect Kick’ film will be pushed online, with supporting point of sale material.
The on-pack stickers will feature on more than 90 million packets of Lotus Biscoff biscuits worldwide, including Lotus Biscoff 250g, and jars of Lotus Biscoff Smooth Biscuit Spread 400g & Lotus Biscoff Crunchy Biscuit Spread 380g.
