Kepak Convenience Foods has developed a global taste with its new range of Rustlers Hot Naans. Available from 7 April, the range will come in jalfrezi chicken and tikka chicken.
Kepak marketing director John Armstrong said the new additions cater to the growth in customer demand for quick Indian food. “The Rustlers Hot Naans range takes inspiration from Indian ready meals, the fastest growing section of the ready meals category,” he said. “Indian ready meals account for 67% of all ethnic ready meals sales and is worth £450m (Mintel). We’ve taken the two most popular Indian flavours and developed these tasty products to enable retailers to offer shoppers their favourite Indian flavours in a convenient hot, quick and tasty format.”
