Ginsters is set to tap into shopper demand for our spookiest season with the launch of a new limited edition Halloween themed pasty.
The new 180g Haunted Hog Roast Pasty (RRP £2.25) will hit shelves this October, satisfying “shoppers seeking a savoury Halloween treat,” Ginsters says
The recipe to mark the occasion combines 100% British pork with sage and onion stuffing, locally sourced potatoes and onions and no artificial flavourings, colours or preservatives. Also added is a touch of apple sauce.
Sarah Babb, marketing director, said: “Since we first launched our Halloween pasty it’s been a hit with younger shoppers looking for inspiration at savoury pastry fixtures. This year, we’ve delivered even more taste sensations into the category with recent launches and we’re confident that our brand new pasty is sure to continue the momentum.”
