Cuisine de France has launched a 14-line range for the festive season.
The line-up includes winter spiced muffins, gingerbread muffins, mini mincemeat pies, brandy puff mince pies, linzer biscuit stars and a turkey savoury slice.
Head of marketing Mariam French said the range will help retailers take advantage of the impulse snack purchases during Christmas. “11 million Christmas cakes are eaten by shoppers during the festive season, making it a huge opportunity for retailers,” she said. “More than four out of ten consumers said they would visit a convenience store more frequently if its bakery range was improved and our new Christmas range has been developed to help retailers discover the huge profit potential a quality bakery offering can have.”
