Country Choice has unveiled a Scottish slant on an Italian favourite. Its Macaroni Pies feature hot water crust pastry cases filled with durum wheat macaroni pasta in a mature and cheddar cheese sauce.

Macaroni Pies are available in cases of 36 as part of its Scottish-themed range which also includes Scotch Pie, Lasagne Pie and Steak Birdie. Delivered frozen, the pies take 25-30 minutes to bake and can be displayed for up to four hours.
