Country Choice has unveiled Savour It: a new bake-in-the-pack range of ready made paninis and wraps.
The line-up consists of four varieties of panini and two wraps; all ready-assembled and individually packaged in ovenable film. Retailers can bake the products in the pack from frozen in 25 minutes and place them in a hot display for up to two hours.
The four panini varieties include:
Sausage – a 216g bar-marked panini stuffed with three pork sausages flavoured with sage, marjoram, basil, oregano and thyme.
Bacon – three smoked bacon rashers in a 186g bar-marked panini.
Four Cheese & Red Onion – a 197g panini filled with mature Cheddar, Regato, Red Leicester and mozzarella cheese, red onions, crispy onions and mayonnaise.
Ham & Cheese – Wiltshire ham and Cheddar cheese mixed with a mustard béchamel sauce, in a 195g bar marked panini.
Meanwhile, the new wrap range includes:
Meatball Melt - a 183g tortilla wrap filled with pork meatballs in a herby tomato sauce with mozzarella and mature Cheddar cheese.
Chicken Fajita – a 165g tortilla wrap crammed with tender chicken breast pieces, Cheddar cheese and red peppers, all coated in a spicy fajita sauce.
The Savour It paninis and wraps are suitable for breakfast and lunch occasions and are sold to retailers in cases of 24. For more information, call Country Choice on 0800 521366.
