Country Choice is hoping its new Viennese pastries will help retailers increase in-store bakery sales this season.

The Extravagant range includes three varieties of pastry, all made using a pure butter recipe and weighing 95g each.

The muesli and blueberry Extravagant features a filling of muesli made with almonds, rolled oats, malted wheat flakes and blueberries; all topped with rolled oats.

The triple chocolate Extravagant instead combines white, milk and dark chocolate with pastry; designed to give a variety of textures and flavours.

Finally, the raspberry cheesecake Extravagant has a New York cheesecake-style filling, made with whole raspberries and a pink sugar topping.

All three Extravagant Viennese pastries are packed in cases of 60 and have a shelf life of two days wrapped, and one day unwrapped.
