Co-op has unveiled an Asia-inspired menu for its Served meal for two deal, following the successful Italian Served range, where members can grab a main course and two sides for £8.
The new Asian Served range has six slow cooked and ready to cook main dishes to choose from, with 11 new sides. Each dish is ready to tuck into in 30 minutes, with 330 possible meal combinations to choose from.
Highlight dishes include a Katsu Curry with tender British chicken breasts coated in spiced panko crumb, served with a mild katsu curry sauce and a Bang Bang Cauliflower Curry with chargrilled cauliflower in a peanut curry sauce, alongside edamame beans and pickled mooli radish.
The Taste of Asia inspired menu will land in Co-op stores nationwide and online from tomorrow (7 January) until 3 February and will also be available to non-members for £9.
Served focuses on one set cuisine for a six-week period and then rotates to various cuisines throughout the year. All dishes focus on high-quality ingredients and produce, including using exclusively 100% British-sourced meat.
