Kirit Patel writes: "Further to the article about Bipin Patel (C-Store, February 8), I am writing to inform you that I have been a Natwest customer since 1978 and have found that lately service levels have dropped and bank charges have increased. I did have a 'relationship manager', but they aren't as good as the old-style manager at the branch. So after several complaints I have taken my business to Bank of Scotland.
"They have agreed to 12 months' free banking and also unsecured overdraft facilities. And the service is very good."
