In the last issue I recounted the harrowing experience of the Varambhia family who were woken at midnight to find two crashed vehicles downstairs where their shopfront used to be, along with two dead bodies.
Rama said she got a text message the same day from her PayPoint rep, who had heard the story on the news, making sure they were okay. She says they were very understanding that the store was closed for eight weeks.
