The Association of Convenience Stores (ACS) has prepared a downloadable document for retailers seeking guidance on how to set up and run a home delivery service for groceries.

HOME DELIVERY - GAELLE

The document, available here, provides advice and guidance on taking orders and payments, managing data, keeping food safe, click & collect and the physical delivery of products during the current lockdown regime, among other topics.

ACS Guidance has been developed in consultation with HM Government, Surrey and Bucks Trading Standards, and Woking Borough Council, meaning that retailers can follow the advice as good practice backed by national and local government departments.
