Imperial Tobacco is broadening its JPS Silver range with the addition of a capsule variant.

JPS Duo enables adult smokers to introduce a fresh taste to their cigarette by squeezing the ‘crushball’ embedded in the filter.

JPS Duo is available in packs of 20 king size cigarettes with an rrp of £6.89 – 3p more expensive than the standard JPS King Size range.

Price-marked packs are also available at £6.64, while stocks last.

Capsule products now command a 2.2% share of the total cigarette market, up from 0.69% last year.

The JPS ‘Silver’ range now includes JPS King Size Blue, JPS King Size Silver, JPS King Size Menthol, JPS King Size White, JPS Superkings Blue, JPS Superkings Menthol,  JPS Superkings Silver and JPS Duo.
