The two new products in Warburtons’ Fibre Fix range

British bakery brand Warburtons has announced the launch of its new Fibre Fix range in a bid to get consumers to boost their daily fibre intake.

Recent data from the baker highlights a concerning ‘fibre gap’ in the UK, with almost half the nation (44%) unaware of how much they should be consuming daily, and 43% not confident that they’re eating enough.

With one in four Brits unsure which foods are high in fibre, Fibre Fix “makes it easier for shoppers to make informed, healthier choices and incorporate more into their daily diets,” Warburtons said.

The new range consists of a 500g seeded sliced loaf and four packs of sliced rolls. It also includes added calcium which helps contribute to the normal function of digestive enzymes.

Jonathan Warburton, chairman, said: “We’re committed to making healthy eating easy and delicious for families across the UK. Our new range offers consumers a great way to access high-fibre options.

“With almost half of Brits unsure about their daily fibre intake needs, we believe these new products will not only empower consumers to boost their consumption but also provide a versatile and tasty addition to their diet.”

The Warburtons Fibre Fix 500g Loaf has an RRP of £1.85) while the rolls are £1.75 RRP. Both are available now.
