Froneri is adding Rowntree’s Fruit Pastille Froots to its range of Nestle ice lollies while also gearing up to celebrate 50 years of Fab ice lollies.

Available now, Rowntree’s Fruit Pastille Froots have a raspberry sorbet centre and fruity ice cream in a blackcurrant or orange sorbet coating. They contain 25% fruit juice content that Nestle says will provide a “refreshing experience for all the family”.

Froneri is also aiming to put the ‘fabulous fun’ back in to fab with a full pack redesign that celebrates the mix of taste, fun and refreshment.

All Froneri brands saw significant growth last year compared to 2015 with the total portfolio performing ahead of the market growing 12% year on year and the Rowntree’s fruit pastille lolly climbing to the number one position as the best-selling ice lolly.

Rowntree’s’ will be investing in a multi–media advertising campaign, including TV adverts as well as outdoor and social media promotion.
