Mondelēz is extending its Joyfills portfolio with the launch of new smaller 75g packs, designed to meet the needs of busy consumers.

Joyfills Smaller Packs

Available from 10 June, the new range (rrp £1 each / case size: eight ) comes in two flavours: Oreo Vanilla Creme and Cadbury Milk Chocolate Creme, and is targeted at shoppers who want convenience.

The smaller packs also feature the same wheat pillow biscuit and Joyfills fillings as the standard 90g range, which made its debut in the convenience channel in August last year.

Carly Sharpe, Joyfills brand manager at Mondelēz International, said: “With increasingly busy lifestyles and an always-on mindset, consumers are looking for convenient, bite-sized treats that deliver a delicious taste, but won’t weigh them down (Nielsen Value Sales, Top 3 MEU Markets, MAT P11 2017).

“The Joyfills range has already grown to £6.3m since launch, so we’re excited to be extending with a convenient new pack size to bring even more shoppers into the brand. The new Joyfills small packs will be a great addition to retailers’ on-the-go ranges to offer their consumers a tasty treat on the move,” said Sharpe.

To make the most of the launch, Mondelēz is advising retailers to include Joyfills in secondary sites for those on-the-go purchases, or on cross-category displays for evening and impulse treat opportunities, as well as in the main biscuit fixture.
