
Chocolate producer Gnaw has launched a four-strong impulse bar offer (35g) consisting of four milk chocolate flavours wrapped in fully recyclable wrappers.
The flavours are Popcorn & Peanut, Honeycomb & Caramel, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Seville Orange, and herald something the supplier says it has been intending to launch for some time. It says it plans to take its underdog story from the confectionery and gifting aisles into the impulse fixture.
Gnaw spokesperson, Josh Patterson, said: ‘We’re fortunate that our long-standing commitment to create new flavours in chocolate has tallied with many retailers’ ambitions to trade up and differentiate their impulse treat fixtures. We’ve thought for some time the Gnaw story deserves to be told beyond the confectionery fixture, which is why a move into impulse couldn’t be ignored any longer.”
