Global vape producer Elfbar has announced the launch of the ELFX Ultra, an open pod device with child safety features and advanced controls that lets adult smokers personalise their vaping experience and gain insights into their habits.

The pod kit features a touchscreen to customise vape settings and track usage, with optional smartphone app connectivity. Elements such as usage time and a puff count are also included.

There is also the option to switch between two preset vaping modes, with the turbo mode for a richer flavour and increased vapour production, and economy mode to extend battery and pod life. Both modes are supported by a dual mesh coil system that boosts flavour by up to 200%.

The new device marks the expansion of the ELFX series and introduces compatibility with the InnoGate platform, an independent app developed in collaboration with Elfbar.

Settings on the ELFX Ultra can be adjusted using the device’s 2.4” touchscreen, and the device can also be paired via Bluetooth to the InnoGate app for smartphone control. Via the screen, a lock can also be set, as on a mobile phone, to prevent underage use.

The app is available as a free download on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
