Corona has launched an on-pack promotion to celebrate its 100th anniversary.

Shoppers have the chance to win a trip to Corona Island located off the coast of Colombia, along with other beach prizes including coolers and paddleboards.

Until 31 August, consumers must purchase a pack of Corona Extra or Corona Cero, scan the QR code on their pack or bottle cap and enter for a chance to win.

The beer brand has also partnered with Bestway to roll out an exclusive on-pack promotion on bottles, giving shoppers the chance to win a five-night trip to France.

To mark the occasion, the beer brand has launched The Corona 100 platform, featuring a film highlighting 100 years of beach culture and a definitive list of the top 100 beaches in the world to visit.

“For 100 years, Corona has fully embodied the ‘This Is Living’ spirit of the beach lifestyle, inspiring people to disconnect from their everyday routine and reconnect with nature and each other. This celebration is not just a celebration of our legacy, but also a call for everyone to embrace their best side – the beach side – both now and for the next 100 years to follow,” said a Corona spokesperson.

The celebrations will be supported globally across OOH, television, digital as well as below the line activations.

The promotions are live across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
