Cadbury Eclairs Velvets is set for a marketing boost this summer, with a new TV and cinema campaign.

The advert, which airs today, describes the soft caramel and chocolate centre encased in Cadbury’s milk chocolate. The campaign is part of a £2m UK marketing investment in 2014, and will also include cinema, video on demand, digital, sampling & in-store activity.

Kaitlin Williams, candy brand manager at Mondelez International, said: “We’ve already seen some great success with Cadbury Eclairs Velvets, with value rate of sale already matching our Cadbury Eclairs Classic SKU, and the product is helping to attract new consumers to the format and inspire new occasions for individual snacking.
