Maxxium UK, distributors of The Famous Grouse, has revealed this year will see the largest ever investment in Christmas from the brand, valued at over £2 million.

Expected to reach more than 40 million adult consumers between October and December, the campaign includes two new television adverts celebrating the brand’s famous icon. In contrast to traditional Grouse adverts, the Grouse now appears in his natural Highland setting.

The new TV adverts will communicate ‘perfectly balanced’ and ‘smooth’ – two key characteristics of The Famous Grouse – underpinning the quality of the nation’s favourite whisky.

The ‘Perfectly Balanced’ advert aired for the first time on 17 October on various channels and VOD with the second advert set to air in November.

The campaign will also feature in 3,000 bus shelters and 400 supermarkets across key cities, supporting our customers by investing in Out of Home media which represent the last window of influence for a Brand in the run up to Christmas. It will run for two weeks to support the campaign launch and again in December.
