Retail communications technology supplier VoCoVo has appointed Beth Worrall as CEO.

Worrall was previously co-CEO, along with business founder Rob Gamlin who moves into a new role of strategic advisor.

In her new role, Worrall is expected to lead VoCoVo through its continued global expansion, working with top-tier retailers and service providers.

Other changes to the senior team include Melanie D’Mellow being appointed as director of engineering following her tenure as Head of Engineering since March 2024, and Siobhan Myles, who has assumed the role of Global Product Director, where she will “shape VoCoVo’s product strategy while streamlining execution and alignment across product and delivery teams”.
