Bestway Wholesale is making a number of changes to its Rewards Card, making it easier for retailers to win monthly shops for free, and reducing the number of visits required to claim rewards.

The number of products on the card has been increased by 50%, from 12 to 18, and the number of visits needed to enter into the free draw to win a free shopping trip has been reduced from 12 to nine.

The Rewards Card also offers Bestway and Batleys customers the chance to picking up free or discounted stock on every third visit.

The changes come into effect from 1 May.

Salih Sheikh, head of marketing at Bestway Wholesale, said: “At Bestway we are conscious that our customers have a choice of wholesaler and are extremely appreciative of their loyalty in making Bestway and Batleys their wholesaler of choice.

“Customers told us that they wanted a greater choice of products and, although monthly customer visits are up, some felt as though twelve visits were simply too many given the time they wished to spend in their businesses.

“So just like our online price promise and the removal of credit card fees, we listened to customer feedback and amended the Bestway Batleys Rewards Card mechanics to better suit our customers’ needs.”
