There’s a new, short, online survey that lets retailers report their feedback on the complaints process operated by the Press Distribution Forum. The survey focuses on how hard/easy newsagents found it to use, how satisfied they were with the outcome, and then there is room for any further comment.

The aim is to assess the effectiveness of the scheme and make adjustments where required, improving service - a good thing.
