The Mills Group is launching annual employee awards in a bid to boost performance across its estate of 31 CTNs and 51 c-stores. The M Awards will be judged on sales growth year on year, store standards reports, promotional compliance and wastage. The first awards will be presented at Oulton Hall Hotel, Leeds on November 16.
Winners of the CTN and c-store of the year awards will each receive £750 and a trophy, while product category winners will receive a trophy and £250.
Mills Group sales and marketing director David Pickford said: “We want to bring all our stores up to a high level of performance and reward them for their hard work. Judging will include epos data and mystery shopping and we hope that as the M Awards take off, they will inspire all stores to aim for the top prizes.”
