I run an e-commerce brand which uses Evri for TikTok Shop orders. My unit is right next to an Evri Parcelshop which is very convenient. The staff allow me to use the device myself and I simply do it all myself.

When making a claim, I've never needed to supply the paper receipt, however entering my email address is now a bit of a pain, I prefer the original method.

Also, there's a bit of a privacy issue, as the PDA's use some form of Android, the in-built keyboard actually saves previous emails enters as an auto-fill suggestion. So for convenience, when I now start typing my email address, it will appear as a suggestion. Ideal for me, but a little concerning that anybody using the device can potentially get see my email address as an auto complete suggestion.
