Caribbean-inspired drinks brand Wha Gwan is expanding its presence in the UK market, with listings secured with Dhamecha, CJ Lang and Bestway Wholesale.
The RTD rum tonic is available in Melon Cherry and Pineapple & Coconut variants, with an RRP of between £3.99 and £4.19 for a 200ml bottle, while the Wha Gwan Bomb is available through Bestway with an RRP of £3.49 for 330ml.
Founder David Mills drew on his Jamaican roots when developing the mix, which is named after the Jamaican Patios phrase meaning “what’s going on”.
He said: “I’m really pleased that Wha Gwan’s drinks are so widely available to retailer customers and the different wholesalers we are listed in aim to offer even more options for customers. The Wha Gwan brand has amassed over eighteen thousand followers on Instagram and hosts its own celebrity podcast, nurturing its community online.
