UNITED BISCUITS' plans for 2009 include the relaunch of its Phileas Fogg adult snacking brand.

● The firm is investing £2m in the relaunch, which will see the introduction of a new range of three crisp flavours, two tortilla variants, one poppadom product and three nut styles.

● The new year also sees McCoy's crisps receive a 30% saturated fat reduction, and McCoy's tortillas receive a 60% reduction in saturated fat.

● McCoy's also has a revamped pack design.

● A new sizzling king prawn flavour will be added to the range in February.

● Meanwhile, healthy snack line Go Ahead! has had a packaging makeover, which will be supported by a £2m television and digital support programme.
