James Hall & Co. Ltd, Spar retailer, wholesaler and distributor in northern England, has become the first convenience retailer in the UK to launch premium fruit brand Good Natured Berries.
Good Natured Berries are celebrated for their strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries - fruit that “looks beautiful, but tastes even better,” crafted for consumers who expect quality without compromise. The brand has quickly gained momentum through major retail rollouts and bold, creative activations designed to bring its playful ethos to life in-store.
James Hall & Co. Ltd will be supplying Spar independent retailers and its company-owned stores with the award-winning Magnum strawberries and Monet raspberries - two standout varieties celebrated for flavour and a “consistently premium eating experience,” it said.
The company is also ranging blueberries in Spar stores from Good Natured Berries, and will also introduce the brand’s blackberries later in the season.

To mark the start of UK berry season, the Good Natured team will also be bringing its joyful energy direct to shoppers with live berry sampling, starting at Spar Sedbergh, on Station Road, on 23 June.
Andy Horner, senior trading manager at Angus Soft Fruits and Good Natured Berries, said: “Good Natured Berries are all about taste-first fruit - and that’s exactly why we’re thrilled to bring the exceptional flavours to Spar North of England shoppers.
”The varieties deliver a consistently premium eating experience, and we’re excited to see them enjoyed in a convenient, everyday format across Northern England.”
