Pork Farms has launched a new hot pie concept as part of its Wall’s Pastry range.

The new 150g pies (rrp £1.49) - in flavours of Chicken & Mushroom and Steak - mark the brand’s first move into the hot pie sector, but the company confirms it has more NPD in the pipeline.

Kim Burgess, head of markets for Pork Farms, said: “Those consumers who are already fans of our chilled product range have told us they also want the option of larger, more substantial hot pies to sit alongside our range of slices that can be consumed more as a main meal with potatoes, vegetables or salad.”
