Food brand Higgidy has announced a range of additions and a product update in time for the cooler autumn season.
There will be a new Barber’s Vintage Cheddar, Potato & Leek pie and a Vintage Cheddar & Hot Maple roasted Winter Veg Quiche, as well as an update to its popular mini muffins, to “deliver both protein and fibre in every fluffy, scrumptious mouthful,” it said.
Speaking about the new pie, the Higgidy team said: “We love making a tasty new pie and are delighted to launch a brand new veggie pie ahead of the 2026 pie season that packs a real flavour punch.”
The Winter Veg Quiche combines the EatLean protein source of Red Leicester and Emmental cheeses and sage in a free range egg filling, with added vintage cheddar for an extra punch of cheesiness.
The newly formulated Higgidy Extra Mature Cheddar and Spinach Mini Muffins can be served hot or cold. All of the above products will be available from 9 September, Higgidy concluded.
