Country Choice has added three new sweet buns to its confectionery portfolio.
The Belgian Bun is a light, sweet bun with juicy sultanas, shiny fondant icing, topped with half a red glacè cherry, and has a subtle lemon aroma and taste. The Cinnamon Bun is a round doughy bun filled with sweet, woody cinnamon spice, topped with a soft cream cheese icing and a hint of lemon. The Chelsea Bun, a sweet, fruity, round, swirled bun with currants and a mixed spice filling, topped with a slightly sticky glaze and crunchy nibbed sugar. The RRP for each Sweet Bun is £1.50.
The buns come in cases of 24 with a three-day shelf life, along with a quick defrost time of just two hours. The range is presented in a recyclable FSC certified u-card with film wrap, as opposed to the original plastic RPET, further supporting Country Choice’s commitment to sustainability.
