The Co-op has unveiled its 2026 Christmas food and drink range, which brings together some Irresistible new launches and the return of one of its most requested Christmas products.
Landing in Co-op’s 2,400 stores and online throughout the festive season, the range has been “created with the food-loving convenience shopper in mind, spanning party food, sandwiches, snacks, festive feasting, gifting and drinks,” it said.
The range champions Co-op’s ongoing commitment to responsible sourcing, from being one of the first and longest-standing “champions of Fairtrade,” to continuing to source only 100% British meat for its own brand range including in sandwiches, ready meals and party food, as part of the retailer’s commitment to support UK farms and farmers.
Festive celebrations

“We know Christmas can be a busy time, so we’ve focused on making it easier for customers to enjoy delicious food without the fuss. New for 2026
Co-op’s party food range is inspired by British classics and global flavours, reimagined into ‘dinky’ versions for joyful festive entertaining. British inspired highlights include indulgent mini Beef Wellingtons, alongside a playful take on a Fish Finger Sandwich.
Global highlights include Texan inspired slow-cooked BBQ Pork Belly Bites and Mini Mexican Cones. Shoppers will also see the return the popular ‘3 for 2’ deal across party food, making it easy to create a crowd-pleasing spread
As previously reported, the wait is finally over for fans of Co-op’s Roast Potato Crisps, which return with a new crinkle-cut twist following three years of requests from shoppers. Joining the award-winning crisp range this Christmas are returning favourite Pigs in Blankets Crisps and gourmet newcomer Wagyu Beef & Caramelised Onion Crisps.
Food to go
The festive sandwich is the ultimate lunchtime treat, and this year the retailer has focused on “great quality and bringing back what shoppers look forward to.”
Two new additions are set to be a hit – a Christmas Club Sandwich packed with all the flavours of a traditional Christmas dinner and a Posh Prawn Cocktail Sandwich, inspired by the nation’s favourite festive starter.
Co-op is also introducing a new twist on the traditional mince pie, with an indulgent Italian-inspired Amaretto & Frangipane Mince Pie.
Meanwhile, in the bakery aisle, shoppers can enjoy a brand-new festive flavour in Co-op’s new and improved cookies range with Gingerbread, Maple and White Chocolate Cookies.
Other new treats include Co-op’s Belgian Chocolate Biscuit Selection, White Forest Chocolate Truffles and Blonde Chocolate Pecans, described as making ideal gifts and stocking fillers.
Other specials
For busy families and smaller households, Co-op has focused on a festive feasting range that delivers maximum enjoyment with minimal effort, from a British Beef Joint with bone marrow stock and red wine jus to Chantenay Carrots dressed with maple, orange and thyme.
The food range is supported by Co-op’s wider seasonal beers, wines and spirits offering, including two new single-serve RTD cocktail cans – Co-op Winter Bramble Spritz, and Co-op Clementine and Ginger Spritz.
