Bumbu Rum Company is expanding its rum range with a new high-end sku: Bumbu XO.
The 40% abv drink features aromas of toffee, toasted oak and vanilla as well as hints of orange zest, peppery spice and coffee.
The product is made in small-batches and aged for up to 18 years in bourbon barrels, before being finished in white oak sherry barrels.
According to Bumbu Rum Company, Bumbu XO can be used for traditional rum cocktails or as a standalone drink served neat or over a single ice cube.
The new rum is available nationwide to independent retailers, with an rrp of £44.99 - £49.99.
