The Spar Scotland tradeshow in Aviemore is well under way, with over 200 suppliers and other companies that are key to the country’s convenience sector displaying in three giant purpose built marquees at the event.
Spar’s own Barista Bar concession was also well represented, with machines and more on display in a mock-up of a real store. The technology itself was impressive, with the chance for visitors to see their own faces printed onto the tops of their drinks.
Alongside the stalls, there is also an opportunity to network and an informative talks area, which this morning hosted a talk from Scottish vape supplier VSL. The talk looked at the trends affecting the vaping market and considered the possible effects of upcoming legislation.
Meanwhile both show sponsors Red Bull and the team from Au Vodka were on hand to answer questions – and both brought their own stunning branded vehicles, which both parked up outside.
