
Millbrook Dairy Company has announced two significant senior appointments to its team in order to “further build on its fast-growing infrastructure, technical talent, and service offer for the future,” it says.
The Devon-based cheese and dairy company that sells into export, wholesale and grocery, is now in its sixth year of trading and is investing heavily back into the business to grow its capabilities and accelerate further market penetration.
Piotr Kurzawa (above left) has joined the business taking up the role of quality systems and operations officer. His role will be to support Teresa Pollard, operations director.
Piotr Piegza (above right) has joined the business in the role of head cheese grader, bringing to the role almost two decades of dairy industry experience and expertise. His knowledge and experience will further deepen Millbrook Dairy’s collective product knowledge reinforcing its capability and resilience as a business.
