The annual gathering of the convenience sector will this year include the Off Licence Show, giving retailers a chance to find out the best way to exploit the demand created by the vanished chains.
Drinks industry exhibitors will include Diageo GB, Foster's EMEA, Broadland Wineries, Global Brands and Highgate and Davenports Brewery.
Food to go will also be highlighted, with the return for a second year of Café+ @CRS and the Café+ Live series of presentations for retailers keen to take advantage of last year's key growth sector.
Many of the biggest names in convenience retailing will be at CRS 2010 including Allied Bakeries, Landmark Wholesale, Musgrave Retail Partners, Robert Wiseman Dairies, Simply Coffee, P&G, Unilever and Warburtons.
Free advice for retailers comes from live presentations and workshops covering topical issues, with independents sharing their experiences.
Convenience Store will be playing a major role at the show, with a stand featuring a video presentation of this year's Shop Project series of store makeovers, and a C-Store Champions event focused on retail skills and how to develop them to maximum advantage.
CRS 2010, including Café+ @CRS and the Off Licence Show, is co-located with the Baking Industry Exhibition, Food & Drink Expo, Foodex and the International Forecourt & Fuel Equipment Show.
