Dell’Ugo chefs have developed a range of infused butters made using freshly churned Somerset milk. The simple ‘melt me’ message conveys the simplicity of the new range that delivers on the concept, quality and taste.
The Dell’Ugo Pasta Plus range (rrp £3.99 per pack) includes: Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli with Sage Butter; Butternut Squash Fiorelli with Herb & Garlic Butter; Tomato & Mozzarella Fiorelli with Basil Butter; Goats’ Cheese & Beetroot Fiorelli with Mint Butter and Asparagus & Mozzarella Ravioli with Lemon Butter.
