Supermalt was first brewed in 1972, originally used as a healthy food supplement in Nigeria. Its vitamin content along with its sweet and refreshing malt taste meant it grew quickly across Africa, the Caribbean, and the UK, synonymous with Afro-Caribbean culture. For its cross-generational consumers Supermalt is more than a drink, it's a part of their lives - whether with family, friends or on the go, for special occasions or simple get togethers, with food, whilst watching sport, after church, to help wind down or re-energise. Today it is the UK’s leading malt brand with a range that has evolved from the iconic glass bottle to several different formats and tastes including our brand new 7.7% ABV stout.
