Unitas boosts sweet sales with new retailer guide

Unitas has launched a new confectionery guide for independent retailers.

Available now on its Plan for Profit website and app, the new Focus On Confectionery Spring Seasons is “bursting with the latest sales data, practical advice and top tips to boost spring confectionery sales,” Unitas said.

To support its wholesale members’ retail customers, the buying group has shared essential advice on price, value, in-store activations and the bestselling skus for key selling occasions such as Mother’s Day and Easter.

Callum Atkinson, category coordinator at Unitas, said. “Occasions like Mother’s Day provide convenience stores with a fantastic opportunity to increase their confectionery sales, particularly boxed gifting ranges.
