Old El Paso has launched Stand ‘n’ Stuff Soft Taco Kits to help eliminate dinner messes.

Featuring soft tortillas rather than crispy taco, the shells are also flat-bottomed so they can stand up on plates.

The range is made up of two variants - smoky BBQ and extra mild super tasty (rrp £3.79) and contain eight soft flour tortillas, seasoning mix and taco salsa while there is a separate eight-pack of tortilla shells (rrp £1.89) also available.

Marketing manager Mark Brown said the new packs will help “satisfy consumer demand for more convenient Mexican food”.
