Lyme Bay 2025 range

Lyme Bay Winery has announced the release of its 2025 wine collection.

The range is made up of a Sauvignon Blanc (rrp: £21.99, 11.5% ABV), Bacchus Block (rrp: £21.99, 11.5% ABV) and an industry first - the crushing of Pinot Noir and Bacchus to produce their new Shoreline Rosé (rrp: £18.99, 11.5% ABV).

Managing Director at Lyme Bay Winery, Wolfgang Sieg-Hogg, said: “The 2025 vintage is a fantastic showcase of what we’re achieving with English still wines. These wines are fresh, expressive and incredibly drinkable, but also extremely well-structured. We’re seeing real consistency in quality, and this range has been designed to offer both immediate appeal and strong versatility for our trade partners.

“Our Sauvignon Blanc is particularly exciting for us. It’s a variety that pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in our climate, and achieving both ripeness and elegance is no small feat. The result is a wine we’re incredibly proud of. With Shoreline Rosé, we wanted to create something genuinely new for English wine, bringing together Bacchus and Pinot Noir to craft a style that is fresh, vibrant yet layered. Bacchus Block, is a pure expression of site and variety and showcases the intensity and clarity we can achieve with careful vineyard selection and winemaking.”
