Kellogg’s has launched a new addition to its Crunchy Nut Crunchies cereals range in the form of a Caramelised Biscuit flavour.
This latest flavour combination, in a 420g box with an RRP of £3.50, is available now across a range of major and selected independent retailers.
Kellogg’s said the new non-HFSS cereal is set to surprise Crunchy Nut fans, with its classic flakes transformed into “curls that deliver a satisfying crunch.” The luxurious twist on a morning favourite transforms an everyday breakfast into a moment of indulgence, it added.
The launch follows on from the introduction of Crunchy Nut Hot Honey Crunchies at the start of the year - one of the UK’s first spicy cereals to hit supermarket shelves and an instant hit.
Now, this ‘sweet & heat’ flavour is being replaced by Caramelised Biscuit, as Kellogg’s continues to “offer shoppers trend-led and innovative flavour options across its breakfast cereal range.”
Tori Dunning, brand activation executive, said: “Crunchy Nut fans love big flavour and serious crunch, so we’re excited to bring one of the nation’s favourite biscuit trends to the breakfast bowl. Our new Caramelised Biscuit flavour Crunchies combine that unmistakable crunch with a deliciously golden, biscuity taste - giving shoppers a new non-HFSS way to make mornings feel a little more indulgent.”
