Dunnet Bay Distillers has introduced Holy Grass Original Apple Vodka to its portfolio.
Handcrafted in small batches, the newly launched addition blends herbaceous notes from the original Holy Grass Vodka with a vibrant infusion of crisp apple.
The NPD is available in 70cl bottles (ABV 41.5%) directly from Dunnet Bay Distillers with an RRP of £35.
The distillery, which is located in the far north of Scotland and run by husband and wife team, Martin and Claire Murray, specialises in premium, hand-crafted spirits that celebrate local ingredients and botanicals. And the new addition is inspired by the abundance of apples in the garden of Martin’s grandad.
The spirit can be enjoyed neat, with lemonade, or in cocktails if you want to get creative, said the distillery.
Martin Murray, co-founder, commented: “We launched our Holy Grass Vodka in 2016 as a tribute to Robert Dick, a legendary botanist from Tullibody, who lived in Thurso in the 1800s and discovered Holy Grass. It’s a spirit that really captures and celebrates the heritage of Caithness and its local botanicals and so we’re thrilled to be extending the Holy Grass portfolio with the launch of this new apple edition. It’s a deliciously crisp and sweet spirit that offers vodka lovers a completely new and fruity taste experience.”
