Bristol-based 6 O’clock Gin has announced a new Spiced Orange and Cranberry Gin flavour to mark the launch of its The Distillers Archive Series collection.

In a move to immerse gin enthusiasts in the rich heritage of gin-making, The Distillers Archive Series will feature a diverse range of small-batch gins released throughout the next year showcasing seasonal botanicals and traditional production techniques.

The new variant (70cl, RRP £37) will feature fresh orange peel and tart cranberries, steeped in 6 O’clock Gin’s Brunel Gin. The result is a fusion of citrus and warm spices of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg.

Tom Fowkes marketing director for 6 O’clock said: “The Distillers Archive Series has been created to invite gin enthusiasts to embark on a journey through the rich history of gin-making. The first gin within the series not only showcases our flavour innovations but also our dedication to traditional craftsmanship.”

6 O’clock Gin’s Spiced Orange and Cranberry is best served over ice with premium tonic water, a twist of orange and a sprig of rosemary or alternatively, it can be added to warm, mulled apple juice for a winter warmer.

The new gin flavour is available via wholesalers Craft Drinks and Chappel & Jenkins.
