Here is a quirky query on radio licensing. A London man rang on behalf of a relative who trades in Manchester. Natoo Bhana creates his own music along with a nephew (on strings) and wonders if the retailer would have to register with the Performing Right Society (PRS) for playing the tapes in his store.

I reckon if the PRS collects anything in the way of licence fees they have to give it to him, because he's the performer!
