Ferrero is getting consumers in the mood for summer with new festival Tic Tac.
The fruity flavour combination of lime, orange, cherry and passion fruit is set to engage the brand’s core audience of 16-24 year olds. The brand has teamed up with the Kiss Beach festival to support the new flavour and will appear in TV, radio and press advertising as a sponsor. This activity will be backed by a Facebook competition offering consumers the chance to win VIP tickets to the festival. The Tic tac festival flavour is available in 18g single pack (rrp 50p) and the 49g 100 pack (rrp £1.25).
The new variant is set to benefit from a £3.6m investment in the wider tic tac brand as part of Ferrero’s plans to double the size of its UK business. Tic Tac will be back on TV with a heavyweight schedule for its ‘shake it up’ campaign ad from May.
