Maynards Bassetts has revealed its first adult chew candy with a liquid centre. Juicy Chews are available in cherry, orange and strawberry flavours, and a 165g bag retails at £1.30.

The product will be on TV from September as part of an ongoing £4m total brand TV investment.

Katie Bashford, senior brand manager for Joyful Candy at Mondelez International, said: “Our research shows that adults are the main consumers of chew products, worth £40m each year. With its unique proposition, we believe this launch provides a real opportunity to inspire purchases and help retailers drive incremental sales within this key age range.”
