Spar is revamping its cider range with a new taste and redesigned packaging, in a move to boost sales in the fast-growing category.

The new look is designed to help the range stand out more prominently on shelves, while the new taste “has been greatly improved to both existing and new customers”.

The re-launch will take place across the whole range, which includes a two- and three-litre bottle and the 4x440ml can pack that will be pricemarked at £2.75.

The range will roll out to Spar stores from March 7.
