Co-op Wholesale - the home of Nisa - has grown its presence in the Scottish independent convenience sector through a five-year contract extension with Pro Gro Supermarkets.
The new partnership covers all 12 of its Nisa stores across Scotland, demonstrating Co-op Wholesale’s “unwavering focus on solidifying a future‑ready independent retail network,” it said.
Pro Gro Supermarkets is an established chain of independently owned and run Nisa fascia convenience stores with “modern, well‑run neighbourhood provision,” it said. It will continue to focus on serving the communities’ needs for top up shops, food to go, treats, snacks, alcohol lines, meals and more.
Continued benefits
Under the extended partnership, Pro Gro will continue to benefit from access to Co-op’s own brand ranges, including the award-winning Co-op Irresistible pizza range.
