Following on from Walkers’ latest campaign offering one in six consumers the chance to win a free lunch, the brand has launched a competition just for retailers.
From June 8, retailers are being offered the opportunity to transform their CSN fixture and win free lunches for the first 100 customers that walk through their doors over one lunchtime period.
Phil Childs, impulse category controller at PepsiCo, said: “Our research has shown that whilst 97% of retailers believe that meal-deals are important or very important to driving incremental sales, only 21% of retailers are currently offering them, highlighting the huge sales opportunity currently being missed by 79% of retailers.”
